Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Dear User,

In case of a grievance regarding a transaction, we request you to go to our MaxWholesale mobile App if you made the UPI transaction from the MaxWholesale mobile application, and raise a dispute via MaxPe (available in the navigation bar) along with complete details for fast resolution.

Steps as follows:
  1. Keep your transaction details handy.

  2. If you made the transaction using the MaxWholesale MaxPe UPI app, please open the app

  3. Go to the navigation bar

  4. Go to MaxPe

  5. Login to your UPI if not already logged in

  6. Click on the transaction from the transaction history you want raise dispute for

  7. File a dispute resolution

  8. Enter all details

  9. And then submit.

  10. We will get back to you with the resolution by the earliest.
