Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In case of a grievance regarding a transaction, we request you to go to our MaxWholesale mobile App if you made the UPI transaction from the MaxWholesale mobile application, and raise a dispute via MaxPe (available in the navigation bar) along with complete details for fast resolution.Steps as follows:
- Keep your transaction details handy.
- If you made the transaction using the MaxWholesale MaxPe UPI app, please open the app
- Go to the navigation bar
- Go to MaxPe
- Login to your UPI if not already logged in
- Click on the transaction from the transaction history you want raise dispute for
- File a dispute resolution
- Enter all details
- And then submit.
- We will get back to you with the resolution by the earliest.
